I'm Rafee Mizan, a Digital Marketing Specialist, Analytics Consultant, Trainer, and Founder based in Bangladesh. My work sits at the intersection of tracking, paid media, and growth strategy.
Background
Where I come from
I started in digital marketing with a curiosity about why some campaigns work and others don't. That question led me deep into analytics: understanding how to measure what actually matters, not just what's easy to report.
Over time I built expertise across the full stack: setting up reliable tracking with GA4 and GTM, running paid media on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, and building digital strategies for businesses that want sustainable growth.
Today I work as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Strativ AB, mentor marketers at Learnio, and run TEN's 360, my own agency where I work with clients directly on their marketing systems.
I also care about knowledge transfer. A tracking setup that only I understand isn't a good setup. I work to make analytics and marketing systems that teams can actually use and trust.

US State Department Professional Fellows Program
In 2023, I was selected as a Professional Fellows Program (PFP) Fellow by the U.S. Department of State. The PFP is a merit-based exchange programme that brings emerging leaders from Asia and the Pacific to the United States for professional development fellowships.
My fellowship was hosted at the University of Oklahoma and focused on Economic Empowerment. During the programme I was placed with Freestyle Creative in Oklahoma City, working alongside their team on branding and digital marketing projects.
The experience connected me with a cohort of fellows from across the region and deepened my perspective on entrepreneurship, leadership, and cross-cultural communication.
