Primarily Zapier, Make, and n8n, chosen based on your stack, budget, and complexity. n8n is great when you need self-hosting or more control; Zapier and Make are faster for connecting common SaaS tools. I'll recommend the right fit rather than forcing one.
What can AI agents actually do for marketing?
Practical things: drafting and routing content, enriching and qualifying leads, summarising research, monitoring data and flagging anomalies. I build agents with clear guardrails for defined tasks — not vague 'do everything' bots that break in production.
Will my team be able to maintain the automations after you build them?
