About this project
TEN's 360 is the agency I founded to deliver full-service digital marketing to businesses that need hands-on support rather than just advice. The agency operates across analytics, paid media, branding, creative production, content, and web, giving clients a single point of contact for their digital marketing needs. Building it meant not just doing the work, but building the systems, processes, and service packages that make it sustainable.

Approach
What I built

Service design
Defined a clear set of service packages covering the areas I could deliver with the highest quality: analytics and tracking implementation, paid media management, branding and creative, content production, and Elementor-based web support. Scoped each service with clear deliverables and timelines.

Client onboarding system
Built a Notion-based client onboarding and project management system. Each client gets a shared workspace covering project brief, deliverables, timelines, feedback rounds, and documentation. This reduced miscommunication and kept projects moving.

Analytics and tracking delivery
Implemented GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups for clients, many of whom had never had proper analytics in place. Applied the same rigour I use in larger engagements: event taxonomy, QA, documentation, and handover.

Creative and content production
Produced branded visual assets, social media content, and copy for clients using Canva and custom design workflows. Maintained a consistent quality standard across different brand voices and visual identities.

Paid media campaigns
Managed Meta Ads campaigns for clients with a focus on lead generation. Built audiences, wrote ad copy, designed creatives, and iterated based on performance data, always with conversion tracking in place before launch.
